Our Rich History

HD Supply has more than 80 years of extensive industry experience and has grown largely through the acquisitions of leading supply houses with decades of experience serving professional customers. In 2007, HD Supply was purchased by a consortium of three private equity firms comprising Bain Capital, The Carlyle Group and Clayton, Dubilier & Rice.
