Associate Emergency Information

Reaching Out

There are three ways for our associates to reach out:

  • Contact your Human Resources representative if you need assistance.
  • Call the Emergency Info Line 1-877-4INFO-HDS (1-877-446-3643) for updates on branch closures or branch status and, if you are unable to reach your manager, to leave a message on your status.
  • Fill out the Associate Status Form to report your status, request emergency help or have questions answered.  The Human Resources team will promptly respond to your inquires.
