During an emergency situation, this page serves as a central resource for critical news and helpful information. Reaching Out

Our associates have three ways to reach out to an HD Supply representative:

1. Contact your Human Resources representative if you need assistance. If you do not know who your HR Partner is, you can find this information within your Workday profile. Click on cloud in upper right, select View Profile, click Job along left-hand side, then click on Support Roles.

2. Call the HD Supply Emergency Information Line at 877.4INFO-HDS or 877.446.3643 for around-the-clock updates on location closures and statuses. In addition, if you are unable to reach your manager directly, you can leave him or her a message on your status through this information line.

3. Fill out the Associate Status Form to report your status, request emergency help, or have questions answered. The Human Resources team will promptly respond to your inquiries.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP): 866.686.4440, option 6
This contact number will connect you with HD Supply’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provider. The provider can equip you with invaluable information, useful resources, and essential crisis counseling during your time of need.

American Red Cross Emergency Response Center: 866.438.4636 This contact number will connect you with the American Red Cross Emergency Response Center to secure disaster relief and recovery assistance.

Helping Hand Fund The HD Supply Helping Hand Fund is an associate-funded program created to provide emergency monetary assistance to you and any eligible dependents who may be experiencing financial difficulties due to emergency situations. Follow the link above to complete a Helping Hand Fund grant application. Your manager and HR Partner can assist you with this process.

HD Supply Email Access
This link will provide you with access to your HD Supply email account through the Outlook Web App. Login using your regular HDS email account information.

HD Supply Network Access
This link will allow you to login using your VPN account information and provide access to the intranet homepage and tools such as TEAM and Kronos.

FEMA Disaster Assistance
