August 2013 - When the drought-stricken town of Magdalena, N.M., put out a call for help, the HD Supply Waterworks branch in Albuquerque answered the call by delivering more than 3,800 bottles of drinking water to support the local residents.
When a hurricane slammed into the Eastern seaboard on Monday, October 29, incredibly high winds, rain, flooding and snow left millions of people without power for more than a week and brought mass transportation to a complete halt. But none of these obstacles kept HD Supply associates across the country from braving the elements to serve their customers.
When intense storms and deadly tornadoes ripped through the Oklahoma City area in May, HD Supply associates across the United States sprang into action. They held fundraisers, coordinated donation drives and volunteered their time to help the victims.
HD Supply White Cap associates in Dallas/Fort Worth donated more than $5,000 worth of clean-up materials to the Red Cross, and HDS Facilities Maintenance’s Logistics team identified an additional $8,000-plus worth of product to donate.
