Work/Life Balance

Our associates make a difference!

HD Supply’s community affairs program, Be Involved, provides opportunities for associates to work together to improve the communities in which they live and work. Our associates are often found volunteering together — from building houses and refurbishing community centers to providing meals to the homeless and collecting toys and school supplies for children.

In addition, HD Supply created a program where associates can help their fellow associates. The Helping Hand Fund provides emergency financial assistance to HD Supply associates who may be experiencing financial difficulties due to events such as natural disasters, medical crises and/or death.
